The purpose of the visit is to determine if there are significant signs of Native American life and migration paths through Deep Canyon. This data will be correlated with known Native American habitation and migration paths in areas such as Martinez Canyon, Cactus Spring, Rockhouse Canyon, Nance Canyon, Medicine Canyon and Devils Canyon.
