Boyd Deep Canyon Desert Research Center
13 Apr, 02 PM - 15 Apr, 08 AM
We will be deploying dataloggers at the breeding sites of Bufo punctatus. The dataloggers will be hooked up to an agar model cast in the form of an amphibian. The model simultaneously measures temperature and water loss rates. We will also be deploying dataloggers hooked up to lizard models to assess thermoregulatory opportunities. We will also be observing the habitats of local amphibians and reptiles.
