Participants will be driven to Barcroft lab and monitored continuously during sleep using a nocturnal oximetry monitor for PaO2 or SaO2 on either oral naltrexone or placebo. Participants will be given a randomized number electronically and a third party will put the treatment or placebo pill in an envelope which will be handed to the participant. Participants will be brought to altitude and monitored under the same protocol with the opposite intervention. Sleep quality will be measured using the Groningen Sleep Quality Scale. Baseline measurements will be collected at sea-level.
