A Short Form Services Agreement with Terms and Conditions must be signed for non-University of California groups staying at WMRC. WMRC will provide this form once reservations are made. Not following our terms and conditions may result in additional charges to your final invoice.

*** CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY: WMRC reserves the right to charge applicants for the dates and number of participants stated on their reservation, unless changes are emailed to wmrcinfo@ucla.edu at least seven (7) days prior to the arrival date on the reservation.
