Sagehen Creek Field Station

We plan to flag vegetation in and around the Sagehen Creek Field station for several hours to collect hard ticks (Dermacentor andersoni). Any ticks collected will be tested for Colorado Tick Fever Virus by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to determine if this human disease agent is present in tick population in this area.
