Kenneth S. Norris Rancho Marino Reserve

Our primary purpose at the Reserve is to go tide pooling on Saturday aftenoon (3:00-5:00). We will not be collecting any animals. On Sunday, we would like to explore the ecology of the small lake and terrestrial parts of the Reserve. In the past, Don Canestro has accompanied us tide pooling and has led a tour of the gounds, which has been invaluable. For many of these UCLA studetns, this camping trip will be their first outdoor, overnight experience. Other than walking and climbing over rocks, we should be minimal-impact visitors to the Reserve.
