We have been to the Reserve twice this semester to explore the natural history of the Reserve's intertidal habitat. We had scheduled a spring break optional field trip to the Big Creek Reserve but with up to 15 inches rain expected this week, we are concerned that the Reserve might be inaccessible from the temporary road access via Nacimiento Road. We would love to come to Rancho Marino again if that is the case. We would explore other beaches in the vicinity of Cambria.
