Our meetings are planned for December 6, 7, and 8, 2013. The executive group of members from around the state will meet to discuss the agenda and other management issues Friday the 6 at around 5pm. These issues will be discussed by the general representatives from all the different sections all over the state the 7th and 8th. There will be dinner for the executive committee Friday night. They will have housing at the ranch and camping facilities for other representatives for Friday and Saturday nights. We will serve breakfast and lunch Saturday and Sunday with dinner Saturday evening. We will need the large meeting room for up to about 70 people on Saturday and Sunday and a small meeting room for about 15 on Friday evening. The people will want to take botanic hikes from the ranch area. We will leave afternoon on Sunday.
