Sedgwick Reserve

Paul Collins, Curator of Vertebrate Zoology at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History, will offer a power-point lecture about bats in our region from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. in the Tipton House, followed by a stroll outside to view and listen for bats with special equipment. The members of the Natural History Society, the public, and Sedgwick docents will be invited to this free program. In addition, Society members and Sedgwick docents will be welcome to come to the Reserve at 5:00 p.m. to bring a picnic dinner to eat outside the Tipton house prior to the start of the lecture.
