Los Ingenieros is a UCSB campus organization, which targets minority students in the STEM fields. The purpose of this retreat is to have the executive board of Los Ingenieros bond through a series of team activities. Ideally the Ranch House would be utilized, because it will fit all of the attendees, and because there is a kitchen which could be used for dinner/breakfast. The reason for holding the retreat off campus and in the Sedgwick reserve is so that the executive board can have a more relaxing environment, and concentrate on further developing officer relations. The team activities which are currently being considered are all indoor activities, which will not be a source of potential disturbances to the reserve?s ecosystem or cultural resources. The tentative agenda for the time being there as of now is Saturday 1. 2:00 PM Arrival at Sedgwick Reserve 2. 2:30 ? 7: 30 PM Los Ingenieros bonding activities 3. 7:30 ? 8:30 PM Dinner time Sunday 1. 8:30-9:30 AM Breakfast 2. 9:30 AM -12:30 PM Winter Quarter Activities Planning 3. 12:3 ?1:30 PM Lunch 4. 1:30-4:00 PM Los Ingenieros Strategic Planning 5. 4:30 PM - Departure
