Sedgwick Reserve

In anticipation of new windmill (and water source) being installed in Windmill Canyon, Grant will assist others (Kate McCurdy, Dan Massey and Fred Machatanz) document the pre and post presence of wildlife in the canyon. This will be done through ground surveys and remote camera sensing. In particular we are interested in the abundance of yellow-billed magpie birds, a species of special concern in the central coast of California and one of the regions only endemic birds.
