We plan to do the same sampling we did in March, but adding mucosal sampling. For this, we would soak the frogs in a salt solution similar to the osmolarity of their skin to collect mucosal secretions. The musocal soaks are to measure the killing power of frog skin elements on the survival of the chytrid fungus.
