Hastings Natural History Reservation

I am a first year PhD student in the Population Biology Graduate Group at UC Davis. The five members of my cohort and I are looking for a place to host a retreat for the incoming graduate students into our graduate group. There will probably be 20-30 graduate students total (most likely a total of 25). We are looking to stay for the weekend of September 16th-18th. We would arrive on the afternoon of the 16th, stay for the nights of the 16th and the 17th, and leave on the afternoon of the 18th. We will be using dorm facilities for 20-30, and kitchen facilities to cook, while spending the days hiking and doing orientation activities.
