Hastings Natural History Reservation

Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies is organizing a number of student and alumni activities around the upcoming ESA-SER meetings in San Jose, August 5-10. We hope to have at least one field trip for our group. We are tentatively planning a day trip into Tassajara to have a look at the spectacular natural history of the area and to take a closer look at the ongoing native vegetation restoration work at Tassajara. We would depart Tassajara mid-afternoon, Saturday August 4. We would like to spend the night of 8/4 at Hastings, joining in with the official ESA-SER affliated field trips staying at Hastings for your planned evening program.
