Landels-Hill Big Creek Reserve

We expect to explore the natural history of the central California intertidal environment, possibly before arriving to Big Creek because there is a late afternoon tide on our day of arrival, and that is the best tide for the days we will visit. We also plan to explore the natural history of the terrestrial environment of the reserve. This will be an optional trip for students enrolled in the Field Marine Biology course, Spring Semester, at CSUF.
