Landels-Hill Big Creek Reserve

Our students will be camping at nearby Limekiln Park for three nights, September 16-19. We are hoping to visit the Reserve on Tuesday, before we set up camp at Limekiln. The students will travel from school by chartered bus, delivering us to Limekiln and then returning on Friday to bring all home. It is possible for the bus to stop at the Reserve first, before delivering us to Limekiln. We will also have several private vehicles driven by parents. Our goal is to provide an outdoor experience for our students, with a variety of training, science, team building, and recreational activities. Our science teacher, Carol Evans, is the lead for this trip and I will have her contact you with more specific objectives. Mark Readdie suggested a tour of the Reserve and a hike on the interpretive trail. We will need to discuss further the details of timing,and suitable activities, etc. We are very excited about including a visit to the your facility, and our plans are flexible in our hope to experience the Reserve.
