Sweeney Granite Mountains Desert Research Center
25 Mar, 01 PM - 27 Mar, 01 PM
The purpose of the trip is to expose biology and geology students to different aspects of field work and to the Mojave Desert environment. This will be done through the collaboration between professors and students from College of Southern Nevada and Nevada State College. We plan to visit Kelso Dunes, Amboy Crater, the Snake Springs, and the trails nearby.
