As the Chair for paint-outs for Southern Calafornia Artist Painting for the Environment, I am applying for permission to have our 2ND SATURDAY PAINT OUT at the Salt Marsh Reserve on Saturday, November 14, 2009 . These artists will be painting the beautiful marsh landscape for our upcoming January Show.
