The Santa Barbara County Search and Rescue (SBCSAR) Team is undertaking its triennial Mountain Rescue Association (MRA) 'snow and ice' re-accreditation held at Convict Lake on March 2nd. The SBCSAR team would like to use SNARL for accommodation during this time.
