Sierra Nevada Aquatic Research Laboratory

Jepson Herbarium Public Programs workshop, "Introduction to Sierra Nevada Plants and Communities." Instructor is Linda Vorobik. Class limited to 18 individuals, 1 coordinator/cook, 1 instructor. Workshop to introduce participants to keying skills and common plants and communities of the Sierra Nevada. Local participants may enroll for a reduced rate without lodging or meals. The group will use common areas for meals and evening lecture/discussion. Day trips will be off site and no collecting of materials will be conducted on or off-site. Participants to stay in dorm. Coordinator and Instructor to stay in separate lodging if possible - where is flexible.
