This will be the same course that visited the reserve in the fall of 2014 and 2015 as the ES 1 honors section. It now has a new course number, but the objectives and activities remain the same. The participants will be honors students taking the introductory environmental studies course. They will be studying the Sierra Nevada over the course of the quarter as a bioregional case study for understanding broader issues and concepts in interdisciplinary environmental studies.
