The purpose of our visit is to engage in a class field trip for Geology course #240, titled Geologic Hazards. We will be examining a variety of different volcanic deposits (lava flows, lava domes, pyroclastic flow and fall deposits, tuff cones, etc) and discussing their associated hazards.
