Sierra Nevada Aquatic Research Laboratory

During the time spent at SNARL this summer, I will perform daily animal husbandry, perform all experimental inoculations and disinfections as well as the molecular analyses of frog skin swabs in the laboratory using equipment I will bring from Santa Barbara. These activities are all outlined in the application and will be performed as described there. I will go on trips into the back country which will require being gone for more than one night at a time, but will insure that when this happens, another IACUC-approved lab assistant will be present to perform animal husbandry of frogs at SNARL.
