Santa Cruz Island Reserve

Re-visiting Malacothamnus fasciculatus var. nesioticus and Arabis hofmanii out-planting/restoration experiment sites started in Dec 2005. Will water and monitor progress. Part of previously described island-wide rare plant restoration project by USGS and NPS. Exact locations provided previously. General locations: Bluebanks Exclosure, Alberts Rd, Valley Anchorage Exclosure, European Field Exclosure, Portezuelo Exclosure, Lagunitas Secas Rd. Will also be checking wild populations and those plants in exclosures of Malacothamnus to start pollination experiment.
