Santa Cruz Island Reserve

Our work in involves the ongoing monitoring of Stipa pulchra populations in the Sauces/Posa/Johnson's areas. We drive to the saddle above Sauces, and hike to 30+ points from there. We are also monitoring 54 of the original Klinger Veg points established in the 90's, looking at long term trends in the island flora.We are requesting to stay at Christy for the nights of August 2, 3, and 4, and at the Field Station for July 30, 31 and Aug. 1 .
