Santa Cruz Island Reserve

My research is focusing on charred plant materials in archaeological sites on Santa Cruz Island. In particular, this involves excavation at several sites located in the Central Valley (affiliated with the CSUN/Pomona College Field School), and excavation at a bedrock mortar site on the northern ridge. In addition, surveys will be conducted in various locations in the Central Valley.The other three individuals will be joining me on Saturday, July 28th. I will be by myself (affiliated with the CSUN/Pomona College Field School) prior to this date.
