UCI - San Joaquin Marsh Reserve

Two NRS staff collected edible plants in the marsh, predominately non-natives for public education. Included fennel, crystalline ice plant, black mustard, swiss chard, pickleweed. Plants used at UCI campus Costa Rica Sustainability night and were well received.
