UCNRS RAMS

The Snowy Plover Docent Program uses volunteers and student interns to inform the public at sands Beach, Coal Oil Point Reserve, about using the beach in ways that do not impact the threatened Snowy Plovers. The docents also request pet owners to leash their dogs and discourage crows from landing on the beach during plover breeding season.
