Bodega Marine Laboratory and Reserve

I hope to use the facility for our coastal location of a 13-day California Ecosystems course. (We would only be at the Bodega Reserve for 3-4 days.) The course, originally designed after the California Plant Communities course at UC-Davis, is a travel course of Mercyhurst University that travels in a transect across northern CA from the coast up, down into the central valley, and up and over the Sierra Nevada. We would be using Bodega for our coastal site, to see and visit as many coastal ecosystems as possible, including coastal bluff, coastal prairie, tide pools, and any other ecosystems in the area. We would also drive off site during the day to visit other ecosystems such as mixed-evergreen forest and redwood groves.
