We plan to conduct several studies. 1) Collection of reef fish for fish microbiome research. 2) Collection and manipulation of corals under heat stress to determine bacterial response 3) determine effects of herbivorous diets on the fish gut microbiom (experimental). We will need experimental tanks and water tables.
